Public adjusters in Virginia

In Virginia, public adjusters (who represent the policyholder, not the insurer) must obtain a license from the State Corporation Commission (Bureau of Insurance), pass the Commission's prescribed pre-licensing examination, and maintain a $50,000 bond in favor of the Commonwealth. Matching: must the insurer replace undamaged shingles?
